How Jovenzo handles contact details, service logs, browser preferences, and consent-based Google Analytics.

Who we are.
Jovenzo is an independent technical publication operated by Bora Yılmaz in Türkiye, who is responsible for the personal information described here. For questions or privacy requests, email braylmz270@gmail.com or use the Contact page.
Information we handle.
- Website requests: our server and infrastructure providers receive your IP address, requested URL, browser and connection information, and request time to deliver pages, diagnose errors, and protect the site. Access and error logs may contain this information.
- Messages: when you contact Bora by email, phone, LinkedIn, or WhatsApp, the chosen service receives your contact details and the information you share. Bora uses these to answer and manage your request. Please leave sensitive information and credentials out of messages.
- Privacy preferences: your browser stores whether you allow analytics and when you made that choice. The preference record itself is not sent to Jovenzo or Google.
- Analytics: with your permission, Google Analytics processes information about visits and use of the site, as explained below.
There are no reader accounts, public comments, newsletter forms, contact forms, or on-site payments. Article searches use a URL containing the search text. That URL may appear in browser history, infrastructure logs, and consented page-view measurement. Do not enter personal or confidential information in search.
Google Analytics and your consent.
Jovenzo uses Google Analytics 4 for page-view statistics to understand which pages are read and improve the publication. Our measurement ID is G-NB79C6GJWF. For this measurement, Google may process page URLs and titles, referring pages, browser/device details, cookie identifiers, and approximate location derived from network information. Google receives network information when your browser connects to its service.
The Google tag loads only after you allow Google Analytics. Until then, Jovenzo does not request the tag or send Analytics measurement events. You can read the site without accepting. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled in our tag configuration.
In Cookie settings, Reject optional keeps only the necessary preference storage. Accept all allows Google Analytics. You can also choose whether to allow Google Analytics and select Save preferences to apply that selection.
Open at any time to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops further Analytics measurement and removes accessible first-party Analytics cookies; a saved withdrawal also reloads a page that has already loaded Analytics. It does not undo earlier processing. A browser’s Global Privacy Control signal keeps analytics off. See the Cookie Policy for storage details and Google’s data-collection explanation.
Why we process information.
We rely on consent for optional analytics; our legitimate interests in delivering and securing the publication and answering messages; and legal obligations or the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims where applicable. These grounds apply only where permitted by the relevant law. Information reaches us electronically through page requests and the contact service you choose.
Service providers and international processing.
Infrastructure providers handle website requests to operate and protect the service. Email and communications providers handle messages; Google processes consented Analytics information. Information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to protect rights and security. Jovenzo does not sell personal information.
These services may process information outside Türkiye or your country. Google describes its processing and safeguards in Google’s Privacy Policy and its notice for partner sites. Other services apply their own privacy terms.
How long information is kept.
Your saved privacy choice is valid for 180 days unless you change it or clear site data. Analytics user- and event-level retention follows the setting in Jovenzo’s Google Analytics property; this setting is separate from cookie expiration and standard aggregated reports. See Google’s retention controls. Operational logs follow the infrastructure provider’s retention schedules. Correspondence is kept as needed to handle your request, maintain necessary records, and meet legal obligations.
Your rights and other websites.
Depending on applicable law, you may request information about processing, access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability, and complain to a competent data protection authority. Email Bora with enough detail to identify your request. Proportionate identity verification may be needed before information is disclosed.
External links and sharing buttons use ordinary links. Following one connects you to that service under its own privacy terms. Sharing includes the article URL and, where supported, its title; email sharing opens your own email application. Jovenzo is intended for a general developer audience and does not knowingly solicit children’s personal information. Contact Bora if you believe a child has supplied personal information.
